Leading from Within
Understanding Your Behavioural Style
Many leaders operate on instinct, unaware of how their behavioural style shapes the
way they lead, communicate, and make decisions. Without self-awareness,
leadership becomes reactive rather than intentional, often resulting in
miscommunication, disengaged teams, and burnout.
- Know your style – Understand your natural leadership behaviour.
Recognise stress signs – Identify your response patterns in high-stress
situations.
Tailor your approach to suit the situation – Adapt without losing authenticity.
Communicate better – Be understood the way you intend.
Build stronger trust – Connect more effectively with others.
