Building a Killer Personal Brand

Women often get overlooked for opportunities and not given the credit they deserve, because they lack a credible personal brand and visibility amongst the key people in the organisation. Research shows that women are also more reluctant to self-promote and leverage their relationships, and the notion of personal brand is foreign to many female leaders. We all have a brand and it is our responsibility to actively build and promote it! In this workshop, you will learn how to do exactly that.

Five Takeaways:

– Key components of personal brand and your value proposition

– Why congruence and authenticity are key to your brand success

– 4Cs formula to a killer personal brand that will transform your reputation

– Why professional success and marketing have a lot in common

– How to promote your brand with an equal measure of grit and grace
