Throughout Mi-Lin’s career she has gained experience across a broad cross section of banking including Retail, Operations, Business, Broker and Commercial Banking and Credit Risk.

Mi-Lin has Led major change projects including product and service design (applying Human Centered Design methodology), compliance and risk, credit policy, customer segmentation, diversity, and inclusion. 

An active advocate for the ethical and equitable delivery of legal and financial services to support our people and communities thrive.  She promotes diversity and inclusion within the workplace for a more productive and competitive economy. Mi-Lin is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee for the Women’s Legal Services of WA.
