Ana Marinkovic is a senior executive whose career spans more than 15 years in financial services. Her current role is Executive, Business Direct and Small Business at NAB, where her team looks after the financial needs of five hundred thousand businesses across Australia, through a suite of products and services to support every stage of a business’ journey.

Throughout Ana’s career in financial services, she has held senior roles across consumer and commercial banking, portfolio management, digitisation and product development. These roles have seen her lead the delivery of enterprise wide transformations, complex technology programs and manage large-scale businesses.
Ana is a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion and equality of opportunity and believes in hard work, broad engagement and curiosity as foundations to authentic leadership. She is an advisory Board Member for the Brilliant Women Global organisation, advocating for diversity and inclusion in Australia and internationally.

Becky Hyde is Senior Executive Overseas and Corporate Business at Medibank, one of Australia’s leading Health Insurance companies. She has over 25 years international experience as a Portfolio Director spanning fast moving consumer goods and the health sector and more recently working with the universities to mentor and support students on their career pathway.

With a passion for marketing and communications Becky’s career started in communications when she graduated from her BA Management and Marketing.  Progressing quickly with JWT Becky moved to Singapore at 27 to manage the Kraft Foods account for Asia Pacific.  With 11 countries reporting in to her she developed a deep understanding of how to mine insights across a broad range Asian cultures.  She formed part of Kraft Regional Growth team developing strategies for entry in to developing markets such as China, India and Vietnam.

Becky then took up the position as Chief Marketing Officer for an Australian Biotechnology company that owns IP with applications in food, nutraceutical and pharmaceuticals aimed at curbing the onset of diabetes and obesity in the global population.  She took responsibility for brand and product development, marketing and PR, IP management and business development, working internationally with companies such as Coca Cola, Tate and Lyle, Domino Foods, Cargill to commercialise the IP.

Becky has a passion for health and in her current role as Senior Executive Overseas and Corporate Business is working closely with major Corporations to develop strategies to improve the health & wellbeing of Australians and non -residents in Australia.

Becky is currently a non-executive Board member of St Catherine’s School (a leading private girls school in Victoria) and a non-executive board member of Basketball Victoria

Chelsea Capizzi-Walsh is the Executive Manager of Crisis Management for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia with responsibility for Group-level crisis management by developing capabilities and plans, managing emergency communications and cross-group response teams, and supporting the business in creating and executing the incident-specific strategies. Her experience spans private, federal and intelligence support of crisis management, emergency communications, and business continuity, most notably for the US Senate, the Pentagon Information Technology Agency, Johns Hopkins Medical University, and other domestic and international entities. She has a masters degree in Technology Management with a focus in Homeland Security as well as an MBA.

Kate started with GMHBA in 2019 and was appointed to the Chief of People & Culture in 2020. Kate is accountable for all aspects of the people and culture strategy including organisational development, workforce planning, change management and staff health and wellbeing. 

She has over 15 years senior executive not-for-profit experience across the health and community service sectors addressing complex social issues such as homelessness and family violence. Kate has considerable expertise in leading reform and transformation that enables organisations to grow and flourish.

Kate brings to GMHBA a passion for harnessing the talent of our people to support and empower our members and communities to lead healthier lives, with a particular focus on the social justice principles of equity and inclusion. 

Kate holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology).

Kylie Hull has been Head of Regional Branches for Gallagher Australia Broking operations since April 2021. Based in the regional town of Dubbo, Kylie brings not only over 30 years of insurance experience to the role but a deep understanding of the intricacies of rural broking.

An experienced sales leader with deep insurance industry experience and a strong track record of embedding a high-performing sales culture, Kylie has been able to develop new accounts through effective prospecting and networking initiatives, and cultivating relationships with key decision makers. Her passion and dedication have enabled her to drive organic sales growth for the Australian business and motivate her team to deliver year-on-year growth which she now brings to her new role.

Along with a strong rural background Kylie has had more than 30 years’ experience in delivering insurance solutions for a diverse range of clients. She believes that success comes from leading from the front and inspiring through example to achieve organic growth goals and client service excellence.

Kylie’s dedication, passion and results have seen her recognised by the business for key awards such as, Branch Manager of the Year for Australia in 2016 & 2019, Best Leader of the Year in 2018 and attendance at the elite Gallagher Presidents Club held in Chicago in 2019.

Professional Experience

Kylie began her career in 1988 with Commercial Union Insurance. Her roles there included claims executive and technical farm underwriter, before she made the move to a broking role in 1995. 

She joined Gallagher in 2012 as Dubbo Branch Manager and was promoted to Area Director for the region in 2016. Using deep insight into what it takes to make a branch successful and working from the ground up she is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and goal-oriented culture.

Sangeeta is an experienced banker, board advisor, investor, and entrepreneur. She currently serves on several boards including as Chairman of RSL LifeCare, one of the oldest age cares in Australia, with 56 retirement villages and age care homes across NSW and ACT, President at Women in Banking and Finance (WiBF), and Investment Committee Member at EG Funds Management.

Sangeeta has worked with some of the most prominent and globally recognised firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Nomura, and The Commonwealth Bank of Australia across the globe including London, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney, in senior roles. As the co-founder of FairVine superannuation fund, she won the ‘Innovator ofthe Year’ award at Money Management and Super Review’s Women in Financial Services Awards 2019, and the Finance Monthly Women in Finance Awards 2020, and was featured in the CEO Magazine for her contribution to women in business.

Sangeeta is a highly sought-after speaker and thought leader and has covered topics including fintech, ESG, and cognitive diversity, and is a regular judge at Finance Asia annual awards.

Diane’s passion for customer and business acumen has led her to a wealth of experience in diverse roles across brand, commercial and strategy. Current Head of Strategic Initiatives at GMHBA – Australia’s leading regional not for profit health insurance and care company – Diane is a respected and experienced senior leader who likes to find solutions to strategic challenges and opportunities, that deliver positive outcomes for customers. 

While Diane is an advocate for authentic leadership, she also understands the importance of balancing authenticity with empathy. She enjoys her time mentoring emerging and aspiring female leaders, giving them the confidence to make decisions and drive positive outcomes in the work place.

Diane holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University. She lives in Geelong with her husband and their three children.

Carina Parisella is a technology and business executive with extensive background in leading high performing teams, technology enablement, large program delivery, media and communications. At ANZ, she’s leading the Technology Workforce Tribe, a team of cross-functional squads to build a more effective and adaptive workforce by accelerating the development of key capabilities including early talent, ways of working and overseeing the execution of the technology workforce strategy.
A passionate diversity and inclusion advocate, Carina and her teams have been recognised globally for their work across various initiatives focused on leveraging untapped talent like the ANZ award-winning Return to Work program and the highly successful Spectrum program for autistic individuals. Closer to home, Carina is helping to build the centre of sports and recreation in Docklands as the President of the newly established Docklands Sports Club. The vision is to help young people of all abilities thrive through sport and community connection.
Prior to her current role, Carina has held a number of leadership roles across banking, media, communications, innovation and partnerships and plays an advisory role in the innovation and start-up economy. She’s a regular in the Australian speaking circuit and passionate about increasing awareness of diversity in business and untapped talent. A relentless optimist and business creative, Carina loves working with people and
technology to bring ideas and solutions to life.

GAICD, Gender Equity Board Member Victoria, Non Executive Director and an accomplished Senior Executive Leader, Amanda has extensive experience in the finance sector, education, community, corporate sector.  She has worked in both the Australian and Victorian Public Service Sector.  Roles have involved the development of social impact strategies, diversity and inclusion strategy development and meaningful high-level partnership/stakeholder engagement. Her commercial acumen has led organisations to achieve success in commercial opportunities creating financial sustainability. Amanda was honoured with an Australian Day Public Service Medal Award 2012 for outstanding work in the community. At board level, highlights include her appointment as a Non Executive Director with the Credit & Investments Ombudsman where she provided strategic guidance and governance to management and the board, to promote and further develop the Ombudsman scheme. Currently Amanda has been appointed onto the Australian Sustainable Finance Initiative, established to set out a roadmap for realigning the finance sector to support greater social, environmental and economic outcomes for the country.
