Are you ready to take on the big end of town?
Are you a woman in business dreaming big and ready to do business with corporates?
This is your opportunity to ensure you are ready, learn about their needs, the resources you will need.
The Big Deals in Heels Workshop is on
Thursday 28th April
It is a workshop like no other drawing from 20 years of corporate buying experience & presented by Lisa Sweeney.
We will prepare you to do business with corporates. This is a day of interaction resulting in you really understanding the needs of corporates and in anticipation, you will develop your pitch for each corporate ready for Day 2. Learn from the panel discussions and other successful entrepreneurs who have existing corporate partnerships. Then you will have plenty of time to refine & develop your pitch for the different corporates in attendance.
Be ready to PITCH
Thursday 19th May, WEConnect International will hold its Regional Forum – Corporate Pitching.
This internationally recognized event brings together female entrepreneurs & business owners from all over Australia, representatives of multinational & Australian corporations, to discuss women’s economic empowerment, business growth, and supplier diversity and inclusion.
Learn from the panels
Be connected
Build relationships
And those businesses certified will have the opportunity to pitch to the corporates.
Unique in its kind, this forum will feature panels, networking sessions, an opportunity to pitch your business. The aim is to foster business connections between corporations and women-owned businesses while exchanging key information about market opportunities and business strategies.
If you are a women business enterprise interested in growing your company or if you are a representative of a corporation that seeks to make its value chain more diverse and inclusive, you cannot miss this opportunity to learn and exploit everything that doing business with women-owned companies can offer.
Currently, less than 2% of global supply contracts go to women-owned & led businesses. The corporates in attendance have KPI’s to change this but require certification so they can do business in confidence. So they are keen to meet you.
IMPORTANT In order to pitch you must be a WEConnect certified business, this means 51% must be women-owned & led.
Certification takes at least 7 working days to complete so ticket sales for those requiring certification will close 7th May
All other tickets will close Tuesday 13th May
