Since the digital revolution, and in particular over the past five years, the way businesses market to their customers has dramatically changed. Technology has allowed small businesses to become global overnight. It has forced established businesses to rethink the way they engage with their customers. And it has given customers the ability to become more knowledgeable about the products they are buying. Customers no longer want to be sold to. They want to be included in the development of products. They want to become part of your business process. Find out how to ensure your business is staying up to date with the changes in how want to be sold to and how you can make your customers part of your business.

With the current devastation in Townsville due to the recent floods, we’ll be asking all our Queens to bring an item to donate to a fellow Queen. Something practical and meaningful to help someone need. We’ll then deliver these items to a local center assisting those in crisis.
Tickets include a drink upon arrival and delicious canapes, empowering deals from our naming partner Pickerings Auto Group and an evening full of great connections.
Business In Heels Townsville brought to you by our naming partner Pickerings Auto Group and our annual partners Brown Brothers Winery, Southern Cross Austereo Townsville, Love Lane Designs, Piper Promotions and Empowered Elevation.
