KICK YOUR HEELS OFF – Business in Heels Picnic Breakfast & networking event brought to you in collaboration with Kala Wellness.

Happy new year, let’s kick off our heels, get comfortable and start the year off with some good vibes and setting intentions for a great year to come.  This is our first event for 2022, so we will be enjoying an early morning picnic breakfast catered by Bakehouse on Eyre on the lawn and in the brand new Kala Wellness space in Mundingburra.

Fika Coffee where every cup is made with love will be on site to give you a morning coffee fix and you will love the delicious catered picnic breakfast put together by Vanessa and the team at Bakehouse on Eyre – you know they won’t disappoint you.  The morning will start off with a mindful mediation by the lovely Filitsa Kounias (Athenas Wisdom) to open the morning and then Aimee Hair from Kala Wellness will give us some tips for setting intentions & useful strategies for leaving 2021 in the past and kicking 2022 out of the park!!

Of course you will have an opportunity to mingle, network and make new connections and remember the added bonus, your ticket will include FREE entry into the lucky door prize pool and a ‘goodie bags’ for members who attend.

So don’t forget your business cards and your happy face and join in on the first BIH NQ event for the year..

PS – if you don’t have to run off, Aimee will have the magnesium pool and sauna open for you to use and spoil yourself for a little while between 9-10.30am.  We all deserve a bit of spoiling.
